Hi All,


I was gratified to hear the zoning board chairman announce twice on Monday night see here at 55:30-57:00 that he would like to compile a list of suggested procedural changes for the zoning board to adopt in January 2017. There was mention of only allowing an applicant to carry once and that on a second request they would need to re-apply and re-notice. Mention was made of requiring them to pay the fees if an opposing attorney was made to come for no reason. This was precipitated in part by Mr. Penzer's attempts to wear down...
