1.  OLD BUSINESS 

Appeal # 4024 – Zissel Morris, 5 James Street, Block 415 Lot 16, R-10 zone. Side yard setback

  variance requested for a duplex.

 

2.  NEW BUSINESS

 Appeal # 4027 – Drake Development, Drake & Cross Street, Block 251.02 Lots 90 & 98, R-40 zone.  Use variance for single family homes on undersized lots.

Previous application was withdrawn as a denial appeared imminent. Noe the applicant is back again requesting spot-zoning from R-40 to R-12 to build 29 houses + 29 basements = 58 families and 116 cars!! An Ocean County judge previously reversed an illegal township committee ordinance that tried spot-zoning here. 

 

Appeal # 4028 – Bernard Warman, 320 Cross Street, Block 528 Lot 3, R40 zone.  Home office with more employees then allowed by ordinance.

 

Appeal # 3971A – KG Investments, 742 ocean Avenue, Block 548 Lots 66, 281, 282, R-20 zone.  Preliminary and final major subdivision and site plan

Parking - 231 required, 148 proposed!! Missing 83 spots!!! Why why why?? Stop the parking variances!

 

Appeal # 4030Shmuel Zeffren, 644 Stirling Avenue, Block 189.05 Lot 149, R-10 zone.  Construct a duplex on an undersized lot.

 

Appeal # 4031 – Gerald Posen, 45 Sunset Road, Block 76 Lot 17, R-12 zone. To construct a single family house with side yard setbacks requested for 4.36/10.70 where 10/15 are required.

 

Appeal # 4029 – Congregation Maalos Hatorah, Block 1159, Lots 31, 32, 33 & 48 Block 1159.04 Lots 29 & 30, Gates Avenue, R-20 zone. To construct 12 duplex housing units and 1 single family.

 

Appeal # 3743A – David Sebbag, 52-68 Madison Avenue, To construct an addition to existing retirement living facility.  Variance requested for number of parking spaces and front yard setback to 1st Street.

on site of development where french press was- they are making rt 88 narrower - why are they doing that?
