Appeal # 4027 – Drake Development, Drake & Cross Street, Block 251.02 Lots 90 & 98, R-40 zone. Use variance for single family homes on undersized lots.
Previous application was withdrawn as a denial appeared imminent. Noe the applicant is back again requesting spot-zoning from R-40 to R-12 to build 29 houses + 29 basements = 58 families and 116 cars!! An Ocean County judge previously reversed an illegal township committee ordinance that tried spot-zoning here.
